We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Childcare Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive childcare environment while working towards a nationally recognized childcare qualification.
- Assist in the supervision and care of children in our facility.
- Learn and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
- Collaborate with experienced childcare professionals to develop your skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Attend training sessions and classes as required to complete your traineeship.
Year 10 or higher
A genuine passion for working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Dedication to professional growth and development in the childcare field.
Must be eligible to participate in a childcare traineeship program.
On-the-job training and support from experienced childcare professionals.
Opportunity to earn a nationally recognized childcare qualification.
